Honey Pot News

It looks like the Democratic Liberal Propagandists have tried to use the old “Honey Pot Trick” with the public again. If something’s too good to be true,… then it probably is. As of Dec. 10 the CIA and FBI are not thinking alike! The Washington Post NOW says that the CIA and the FBI cannot agree on any hacking attempt by the Russians that posed a credible threat to the election results. The NSA says the information that the Washington Post received is not credible as well. The New York Times and Washington Post are liberal leverage tools that the Democratic Party and its allies use to manipulate mass information, that’s why the liberal machine, through Hillary Clinton’s speeches, created the “Fake News” flap just before puking up the real “Fake News” story about the Russian hacking incident that quoted “anonymous sources”. Seriously!! Anonymous sources are not actionable evidence, and NEVER have been. Their “anonymous sources” were never vetted, and cannot be verified by any other sources. “Pa-leaze”,… Are you fu-shizzlin’ me! They vomit up this lie because then they look or seem more credible in this, their own fake story. It’s more of the same Democratic tactics that people are now very familiar with! The liberal machine knows no other way to stop what has happened in our Great Nation! They publish information saying that reality is one way, as they lubricate the masses for the opposite story they try to pass-off as the truth. It’s the old 180 degree scam they have played for the last 25 years. Their reality is opposite of true reality, and they want us all to believe them. They are the “entitlement generation” where everyone must win a trinket, so they want Hillary Clinton to be the next president, even if it means throwing our Constitution out the damn window. I am convinced that they truly think they can continue to deceive the hard working class people in our country,… even after being exposed as fraudulent “Mass Media Propagandists”.  Their credibility is as low as whale crap. Even the POTUS Obama and his old lady Michelle are trying to play the “lost hope” card. They refuse to try to repair the mistrust they have caused and suffer still further alienation of the voters in the U.S., and their own political party. They are at an all-time low and are desperate to rise above it, even if it kills them!

I hope President Trump prosecutes the Clintons, and all those that have attempted to undermine our great nation through traitorous acts, lies, deception, embezzlement, monetary fraud, and more! I hope he throws out most of the ACA. I hope he Throws out ALL the executive orders that the Obama administration has enacted. Then I hope he uses our legislative branch of government to TRULY PASS constitutionally sound laws that will require all branches of our government in order to repeal them (as our forefathers wanted)! Then, finally, I hope he removes the power of the POTUS to sign executive orders and bypass our Legislative Branch of government. Our POTUS should not have the power of a dictator, and executive order powers give that to the POTUS. We need to eliminate that power for our own protection.

Having none else to blame after all the usual blame-targets have failed, here’s who former president Bill Clinton blamed for the Democratic Party loss: Wayne Allyn Root. Why? Because he wrote a best seller called “Angry White Male”. This book cemented the average white, working, middle class, taxpaying, family loving, freedom and liberty valued American together. It is obvious that Bill Clinton has dementia because that statement made the bond of our resolve even more solid! Here’s what Wayne Allyn Root had to say about Bill Clinton’s comment.

Misunderstood Rebel Flag

I did a little research on the “Rebel Flag” image and text at left because someone I know forwarded it to me to get my take on it. It originally came to the web from mingle2.com on 05/01/2016 at 11:49am by a 73 year old retired guy with the handle conrad_73. He now lives in Zurich. Here is the text on the image of the flag at left: “The rebel flag was the flag of the Confederate States of America. A lot of people are offended by rebel flags because they believe they symbolize racism. Quite the contrary, rebel flags are not racist. The Civil War erupted over states’ rights, not slavery. The south was mostly people in favor of states’ rights and the north was mostly people who wanted the national government to have more power over the states. Please, learn your history before you judge. History may repeat itself…”

The image text is 100% incorrect and was probably put on the “web” by conrad_73 because he was trying to push for the cause of preserving the rebel flag emblem for other reasons (protectionism). In fact the flag was the Battle Flag of Northern Virginia, and was the Confederate States of America’s Navy Jack. As an example of what a Navy Jack is the U.S. Navy Jack is our national flags stars on blue background (from our flag), but without the red and white stripes. The so called “Rebel Flag” was the same. The Navy Jack flag is flown from a flagstaff on the bow of all active duty and reserve U.S. Navy ships. It can be seen today on all U.S. Naval vessels when in port. So, to say that it was the “flag” of the Confederate States of America is not true. That flag was called the “Stars and Bars” and does not even resemble the rebel flag.

Now as far as the philosophy behind the rebel flag, that’s also incorrect. The Civil War did, in fact happen, due in part to Abraham Lincoln’s campaign for the presidency on the platform of banning slavery in all U.S. Territories (34 at the time). The 11 southern “slave states” saw this as the first step of abolishment of slavery. Other Civil War causes were; “sectionalism” due to different economies, social constructs, and political values; “protectionism” due to manual slave labor being cheap and economically beneficial to the southern states; “states’ rights” due to the interpretation by some southern states that the constitution allowed states to succeed from the union but James Buchannan argued that the founding fathers formed the union based on a perpetual union and not a temporary one. 7 of the southern states voted to succeed from the union, eventually including 11 southern states, this ushered in the attack on Ft. Sumter (a U.S. Military Installation). This was the impetus to the American Civil War.

Since the 1970’s the Rebel Flag has been hijacked by most white supremacist groups as a symbol of white power. The KKK, Aryan Nation, and Skinhead Subculture’s all embrace the Rebel Flag equally with the Nazi swastika as their symbol of white supremacy. Unfortunately the Americans that embrace it as a statement of independence in thought and action have allowed this hijacking to take place. As of this writing approximately 72% of American people now view it as a symbol of racism although 28% do not. That being said, it is considered a symbol of racism. The Black Lives Matter Terrorist group has caused, through “Lawfare”, the wholesale disenfranchisement of many American’s cherished symbols because they are so self-centered in their radical agenda of black supremacy. So, as we can see, they are committing the very crime they propagandize that others are committing (a long-standing Democratic Party tactic).

As a follow-up note it should be stated that the Democratic Party voted 100% in favor of slavery, and the Democratic Party was the party of all 11 southern states in favor of succeeding from the union. The Democratic Party promises much to minority black citizens, but only delivers just enough to them to keep them wanting more. In this way the Democratic Party can always rely on them for a vote to get a few more promises. Republicans have ALWAYS been against slavery and special rights for ANYONE. The record of party voting throughout our nation’s history is also a fact, but racist liberals refuse to acknowledge it. Why do you think they never bring up voting histories when campaigning for office? It would expose the racist in them all. The Democratic Party was corrupt then, and is corrupt now. Extremism in anything is caustic to all American relations, all the time, and just because your offended by something doesn’t make it right. Lighten-up and stop being such jack asses!

National Sovereignty of a country is paramount before personal ethnic identity because without it we all become slaves to the elite few, and eventually a single world government, religion, and economy.

Black Lives Matter – A Terrorist Group (PART 2)

Here we are again one month after I wrote the first article about the Black Lives Matter Terrorist Organization. Now a cop wearing a body camera (body cameras are used by Milwaukee PD now at the request of BLM) was chasing a fleeing suspect (a known felon) and shot him twice in “center mass” hitting him in the chest and arm, killing him. I thank the officer for sweeping the garbage off the street and keeping us safe! The Black Lives Matter Terrorist Organization (BLMTO) has again caused great mayhem in the streets. This time in Milwaukee, and this time the burning, looting and general terrorism is again blamed on the police. You might ask the question; why don’t they burn down the police precinct stations? Because then the police can kill them in defense of the cities law enforcement infrastructure. Then they couldn’t get free TV’s and free cloths, and other stolen items from looting. They couldn’t act like primate animals. They couldn’t get sympathy from the political left for their fictitious cause to buy votes for the democrats.

It’s time they are put in their place. It’s time the National Guard was allowed to use deadly force against those inciting, and taking part in these riots and looting. The FBI is on the side of the left and can no longer be trusted to help in these matters. They cannot follow their original mission as was put forth by J. E. Hoover. This was demonstrated by their failure to indict Hillary Clinton for her national security breaches even after they admitted she was guilty! It’s time that our Homeland Security takes this matter up, and target these BLMTO members, organizers, and participants for indictment, trial, and imprisonment or execution.

If our government does not get a grip on this issue and quell it by force, the American People will turn into vigilante’s, and do it their selves! Then the government will have a serious shit storm to deal with.

Every white person I’ve talked to about this is absolutely sick and tired of the news media fabricating the story, or bending the facts to agree with the BLMTO. They should all have their broadcasting licenses suspended by the FCC, and those in charge prosecuted as terrorist sympathizers. They would sell their souls for a story, any story, and damn the consequences.

The white people I talked to also believe that black people are the most racist, self-serving, selfish cowards that they know of. They are starting to literally hate them, and all they stand for. There are very good black people that I know personally, but not one of them will stand up and denounce what the BLMTO is doing. They are also part of the problem and they, unfortunately, will be served the same justice served to the others in the BLMTO.

I blame Obama and his media monkeys for all that has happened between blacks and whites in the last 8 years. Through his failure as a leader and his failed promise of equality he actually has accomplished the opposite. His administration has fostered the worst 8 year stretch of community disorder and violence in American History. He has alienated blacks against whites, and whites against blacks.

Many of the issues with the law enforcement can only be blamed on themselves. Their law enforcement unions protect the guilty officers from prosecution, and their internal affairs display complete failure to “keep their own house in order” to the public. They really, seriously, absolutely need to pull their heads out of their asses, and get their house in order or community support for them will be non-existent, and they will be rendered impotent by their city administrators.

4GW – Media Warfare (Propaganda)

Disinformation, PSYOP’s, media manipulation, media blackouts, and censorship of news, are just a few of the 4th Generation Warfare tactics used by asymmetric actors and their agents to promulgate propaganda. In the U.S. the Hollywood elite use the movie, film, and TV industries to carry subliminal or obvious messages of their beliefs, philosophies, values, morals, and agenda to unsuspecting viewers. They try to sway public opinion about presidential candidates, congressional bills, public laws, international events, racial events, and other controversial subject matter.

Investigative journalist’s sometimes play the “unknowing functionary” to an organization because of the journalist’s lack of story validation through multiple witness corroboration, story disinformation, or simply need to get “the story”. As an example of disinformation I cite the Israeli and Palestinian conflicts that invariably contain fake footage (Pallywood) of children dying and suffering that later, after the story has broken with fake footage, the story is found to be propaganda. Then the news media is embarrassed by their mistake and very little effort if any is spent correcting their story. Public opinion has been swayed and the propaganda agents have succeeded. This is also an element of media manipulation.

Psychological Warfare is another tactic employed by 4GW agents. PSYOP teams are deployed mainly by the U.S., U.K., Germany, Russia, China, and North Korea but other minor players use this 4GW tactic as well. There are three subcategories of Psychological Warfare. They are White Propaganda, Gray Propaganda, and Black Propaganda and each of these has its advantages. In the Middle East the use of gray and black propaganda are favored because the war there encompasses oil rights, sovereign territories, and religious freedom elements. In the U.S. terrorist elements use gray propaganda because of the religious nature of their threat. As an example I will cite religious persecution by the Muslim terrorist groups in Turkey, Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Egypt to name a few. Black propaganda is used by agents that have complete media control and can fabricate any story they want like North Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Since only sanctioned media is viewed by their target, they only have lies to form an opinion from. To counter this threat the U.S. has, since 1942, been broadcasting the Voice of America in communist, and other oppressed countries throughout the world.

Media manipulation is another form of media warfare employed greatly in the U.S. Sympathetic agents in the media industry allow nefarious use of PR, advertising, mass media marketing, propagandizing, hoaxing, and social activism within their media broadcasts, or in print. Instant social activism (hashtag activism) is carried out by agents and activists that use Twitter, Facebook, Instant Messaging, Snap Chat, and others to gather people together for rallies, protests, and other assemblies at a moment’s notice to disrupt legitimate events and organizational functions such as political rallies, fund raisers, and life changing events. I like to call it “Digital Activism”, and it legitimizes lawlessness. It usually is initiated by a paid activist that cannot be traced and uses false information about a volatile subject. As an example I cite the riots in Ferguson, MO and the “Black Lives Matter” movement. Propagandists have sealed the police officers fate and strengthened a movement of lies about all police actions against blacks (honestly, I think that ALL lives matter but the black lives matter group doesn’t agree with me).

Media blackouts are another tactic practiced by governments to filter messages sent to the people. I cite as an example, the Orlando terrorist attack. The FBI censored the 911 phone call that the terrorist made during his rampage. Because of public outcry they later uncensored it, but changed key words used by the terrorist in his verbal rant. They received more outcries but still refused to deliver the uncensored version. It was a good thing that a conservative media news outlet was able to produce the unedited version to compare the others to. As an excuse for the censorship the president stated “they’re just words”. Really, Mr. Obama, I guess “Emancipation Proclamation” is just a couple of words too? Anyway, media blackouts do happen, and with greater frequency than most people think in the U.S. The news outlets often cite “ethics” as the reason for it, but ethics are rarely displayed by them on anything else. As a consolation to all of this hidden agenda, conspiracy, and disinformation propaganda stuff I’ll leave you with the link to WikiLeaks. The information WikiLeaks has released about our shifty politicians and the government scams created by those same shifty politicians is eye-opening to say the least! From other governments to our own, WikiLeaks doesn’t discriminate. Right now they are targeting the DNC, and Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Again, as always I would like to thank the Wikipedia folks. They make researching easy for people like me.

4GW – Information Warfare

Information warfare is another 4th Generation Warfare tactic. This tactic is used by all countries to some level, but is masterfully used by the U.S., U.K., China, Russia, Israel, and Iran. It is also used through computer piracy and hijacking from countries like North Korea, Somalia, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, and various other African continental countries. Attackers like to buy “burn phones” with stolen credit card numbers (it happened to me) and then use them in the ground war effort. Common terrorist groups are ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, and others too numerous to mention. The vast majority of these organizations get help with hacking, cracking and other methods of IW tactics through North Korea, China, and the darknet. Much of the malware, viruses, and spyware can be traced to the darknet where, for a price, one can get any kind of sophisticated computer code one might want.

Spyware and malware is the IW weapon of choice for high-tech countries like the U.S., Russia, U.K., China, and Israel. It is used predominately to acquire information from an adversary and to use it in war planning and execution. It can be stated that any computer linked to the internet or www is never safe from intrusion by an adversary. Some computers that are not linked to the www are vulnerable too because of undisciplined system administrators or operators. I cite the Stuxnet worm virus that was unleashed on Iran’s nuclear refinement program machinery as an example. That worm virus was inadvertently installed on their unconnected system by an undisciplined operator (who was later executed for his mistake). The originator of the virus still cannot be verified but is rumored to be the U.S., and Israel.

Hacking, hijacking, and cracking viruses are used predominately by the top 3 radical Muslim groups I listed earlier. They use it to gain access to civilian people’s monetary assets, location, and track what they do. They have been known to gain access to “clouds” of civilian computers with the use of hijack viruses and combine the computers as a single network with a common goal and focus. It’s like having a super computer at your fingertips. The social media hacks are also a favorite way to try to get personal information from social butterflies. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is used as currency by some groups to gain soft target information, or to exploit a high visibility person to manipulate them (blackmail) into giving classified information they would normally not give out. As an example I cite Hillary Clinton’s unsecure email server. Sometimes they simply crack a password and sell the access password instead of using it. They might crack the passwords for 1,000,000 health records and simply sell the access tool before it’s discovered by the company securing the data.

Hacking, cracking, hijacking, spyware, and malware are all methods of information warfare used by nearly every country on the face of the earth. This IW is part of doing business in our high-tech, connected world. Non-corporate civilians can defend themselves partly by using good virus software and also by not keeping data on their computing devices that would be considered valuable by IW agents. Corporate information management companies must use the most secure methodologies (hardware and software) possible for client information security. A new tactic that corporations are using these days is what I call the “Proxy Handoff”. They simply give all record-keeping responsibilities to an outsourced, third party company. They claim to also give them accountability as well. It makes it difficult to prosecute or bring a class action against PII data originators. Our government can do their part by cracking down on our banks, health insurance companies, and employers to make them 100% accountable for our personal and financial information being stolen. ALL parties, from the third party information management company, the health provider itself, and the employer originating third party managed HRM information must be prosecuted and held accountable for data breaches and Identity Theft. Unless companies that save money at the expense of the employee, or client by using unreliable third party data managers, or out-of-date, and unreliable security hardware and software are held accountable nobody’s personal information is safe. Maybe they shouldn’t be in business if they can’t protect the employee, or client from a data breach. Unfortunately, now I must pay for an Identity Theft Protection Service forever to protect my families ID because the company I work for and the insurance companies all had data breaches that they say they are not responsible for. 4GW – Lawfare

You won’t find the word “Lawfare” in most dictionaries yet. It’s a derivative word from Law and Warfare, and it’s a common 4th generation warfare (4GW) tactic. Lawfare began to be noticed in 2001 before 9/11, but was used as far back as the Nuremburg Trials. Currently, lawfare is mainly used to tie-up a targets time with legal trifles so the objectives of the 4GW agents can be achieved. International Lawfare crosses borders in ways like trade agreements, and human rights issues such as the “Bush Six”. Countries manipulate, or outright violate international trade agreements to economically weaken a country. Sometimes this abuse of law works in their favor and they win cases, other times it simply buys them time to do other things. Muslims use Lawfare as a tool to exploit the legal systems in Israel, France, the U.K., Germany, and even the U.S. I can give 3 examples here, and there are more. 1.) The overwhelming cry by Muslim communities to override a country’s legal system with Sharia Law. They try to use ethnicity and religion to persuade a government to allow the use of Sharia Law instead of the Law of the Land. 2.) The refugee debacle that is also happening throughout Europe now. They have persuaded international law organizations to attempt to force, through international legal pressure, neighboring countries to accept scores of refugees at all costs to security of their countries. In the E.U. the refugees can then cross any E.U. border. Most of these refugees are not families; they are men in the 20 to 35 year old range. They are not refugees, they are suspicious at best, and sleeper cell players at worst. The U.N. has even gotten involved by using the International Court of Justice to enforce the U.N. Charter on every country that ratified the charter. Britain just exited the E.U. (Brexit) because of, in part, the lack of security with regards to borders. Brussels is the legal hub for the E.U. and they are deaf to any outcry from E.U. power-player countries. 3.) China and Russia use currency manipulation to affect the monetary exchange rate and devalue commodities exported by a country but overvalue commodities imported by the same country. The target then must spend resources appealing to the international legal system to try to force them back in line with the trade agreements, or tolerate a trade deficit and a weak economic state.

I also cite an example in the U.S. We’re having legal issues with the illegal alien and refugee traffic as well. The DOJ has, at the behest of the past presidents manipulated the legal system of the U.S. to allow scores of illegal aliens to move across the southern border with impunity. Thank God President Trump is putting the hammer down on these abuses (this sentence added on 6/28/2018). Illegal Latinos can get benefits, a driver’s license (in CA), and now some states are even about to give them the right to vote. Under the “Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees” The U.S. government is forcing the American people to accept, under duress, tens of thousands of Middle Eastern and African refugees without vetting them properly to assess the potential national security risk. Of all refugees coming into the U.S. in 2016 (85,000) The Middle Eastern and African refugees account for 69.4% (59,000)! This is a classic example of Lawfare.

I cannot speak for other countries, but in the United States this Lawfare is forced on us by an elite cluster of individuals focused on the liberal progressive agenda. They are people like the Clinton’s, Obama’s, Biden’s, Pelosi’s, Reid’s, and so on. These people have loaded the highest cabinet positions with liberal, progressively focused people. They have especially manipulated our judicial system in part by strategically placing liberally progressive judges on the benches of our courts. They also abuse the spirit of the Patriot Act and U.N. Charter. This is Lawfare.

Lawfare delegitimizes a sovereign country’s right to defend its people; it is an abuse of the one thing that prevents all of us from reverting back to the Dark Ages and barbarism. Lawfare is an affront to basic human rights and is a perversion of the purpose of the law. Imagine what it would be like if our government could use any kind of horrifying weapon they wanted on the people, or if they could legally exterminate mentally ill people, or the elderly? Imagine what it would be like if only sanctioned religions or race were allowed, such as Islam, or if the rights of the one overrode the rights of the many, or how about if our government forced us to work 100 hours a week for nearly nothing?

I don’t have to imagine what it would be like; the history books called it medieval slavery, it sparked the Crusades, and it was the Islamic currency and culture for most Muslim nations from 622 AD to 1950 AD and is allowed under Islamic Sharia Law. That’s not evolution, its regression! The only people that fair well with this kind of lawlessness are the elite Islamic radicals, and progressive liberals that orchestrate it.

Pass The Torch and Peas Please

     Hi, my online handle is “Boats”, and I’ll be the new administrator. This site is owned by “Cb4life”. It is becoming difficult for him to maintain it because of his ongoing health issues. Cb4life has given me the responsibility to maintain the site as administrator until he is in better health. Sometimes we all need to turn a page and start the next chapter in the story. That being said, there will be no major changes to the site in the foreseeable future. It will be administered as it is. I will be making a post to the site weekly unless something unforeseen happens. Current events, radio and TV media, politics and religion, and our great and loved Constitution will be the mainstay of conversation on this site, but I’m open to suggestion. I never pull any punches with regards to my personal opinions, although I try to keep my writing civil in most respects. I don’t want contributors to pull punches either,… just keep it civil. I am a Constitutional Conservative; I never miss an opportunity to vote in local, state, or federal elections. I am drawn to the Constitution (as it was written by our forefathers) and have put my life on the line to defend it against those that threaten it. I’m a war veteran and served from 1977 to 1998. I have a low tolerance for unbridled liberals. There is a saying that I believe; “Nothing changes if nothing changes!” I encourage anyone else that feels this way to let me know via post or comment. Now for today’s post.

In addition to online sources I also listen to radio and TV media as a research source. Much of what I believe, and hold dear are the same stated core beliefs that “conservative media” articulate. Many of these sources change their opinions as fast as the Missouri weather. I assess people extremely well and know a boot licking schmoozer when I see, or hear one, as I saw thousands of them in the service. I listen to radio daily during my morning and evening commute to my regular job. I have witnessed radio celebrities’ flip-flop back and forth on various issues so they could move up the ladder of fame from radio to TV. They are sell-outs. They are not objective, and no different than those they initiate venomous talking points about. They have the luxury of having research people to gather stories from other sources to first cherry-pick, and then load into their talking points machine gun. They often try to bring interracial integrity to their programming by allowing the voice of diversity to get air-time, and then they deliberately limit that exposure when it benefits them, or when asked to support one of their causes. These radio media people are actually equal opportunity pimps. They pimp equal opportunity time using the disguise of limited broadcasting time. I know who they are and I maintained my silence for as long as I could. They, and their media show are EO pimps and they know it. I’ll continue to listen to them as “commute noise” to hear where they’re coming from on the “EO Pimp Scale”, and then comment about them. Their research monkeys at the unnamed radio station will be held to the test of their own device. I’m watching you J.A., and because you can’t stop doing what you do, you’ll make it easy for me.

Main Stream Media Madness

The immense media machine we lovingly call the “Mainstream Media” have worn out their welcome, proven their selves irrelevant, and they desperately seek validity from the free populous who’ve been burned in the furnace of impossible promise. Those brainwashed by the media’s biased reporting and left-leaning agenda are dumbfounded at the state of the Union, and the astounding failures of the once idolized king (president). Was this not the “precious one”? Did he not have the backing of the entire media empire CBS, ABC, NBC, PBS, and the CW? Did not even the Latin broadcasting networks Univision and Telemundo idolize him as well? Even movies prompted people to think this follower was a magnanimous leader through shows depicting a new utopian society where his socialist agenda would be the saving force the United States of America needed. No, none of this really happened. Sunshine didn’t start flying out of peoples back-sides.

The wealth redistribution plan he devised using the Affordable Care Act as a vehicle is in the ICU, and the prognosis is grim. Yet the mainstream media would have us believe that it’s the best thing since bottled beer, and sliced bread. The bailout plan only made the richest fortune 500 companies even richer. These same companies failed to hire new employees as per their agreement and thereby lied to the American People. This fact was not deemed news-worthy by the left leaning media moguls. The Ford Motor Company was the only American Auto Manufacturer not accepting the government loan and they continue to out-perform their other American competitors. The media didn’t want to cover much of that story either. Natural resources such as coal, crude oil, natural gas, and mining have all had massive laws enforced by the EPA curtailing their every effort to bring us out of the energy slump. This was bolstered by the mainstream media, and continues to be as demonstrated by the Keystone XL debauch. The media transformed the thinking of our youth through the incessant bombarding of the educational system with socialist ideas, the idea that everyone is a winner, and everyone should be the CEO. Everyone gets a trophy no matter how insignificant their contribution to the goal. I could go on, and on about the deceptions and lies they pervade in order to dupe the public trust. This is all for the liberal, socialistic cause.

The fact is that they have to use these tactics because if they didn’t we would never willingly approve of, or promote their ideology of Socialism. The main stream media is a socialistic propaganda outlet for the uber-liberal monkeys in Washington DC, and Europe. Our free nation was founded on the right of each and every American Citizen to pursue happiness, and for each of us to be able to rise to the top of the economic food chain. Our great country did not become great because we pursued the idea of a Monarchy, or Socialism. No, we ran like hell away from it so that we all had a fair shot at being independently wealthy. We wanted a fair shot at educating our children the way we saw fit to do. A fair shot to organize, and defend our jobs. We ran away from oppression, gun control, taxes used as a punishment, religious oppression, property redistribution, and land grabbing by the government. We bolted at the idea that we could not hunt, fish, or even cut a plow into the soil and grow a saleable crop without “Uncle Monkey” prescribing what or how to do it. The main stream media liberal outlet has spared no expense to remove the thought of freedom from our minds. I find it very comforting to know that even with all this effort they still are failing. Most people that voted for the liberal idea are realizing that the promise was a hollow promise. The socialist idea is failing because it didn’t “root” fast enough, and didn’t see fruition in the product of the youth because, like it or not, our youth is a “materialistic youth”. If you can’t show them a new shiny whistle every day, they become unimpressed. That’s what’s happened to the main stream media. They have become irrelevant, and invalidated. Peers Morgan can take his happy Limey ass back to his socialistic Great Britain. We’ll let him take a plane this time instead of a ship.

The Great Nevada Range War of 2014

THE FACTS

Clive Bundy has been in a dispute with the BLM for over 20 years about grazing permits for his cattle herd of over 500 head. Each head of cattle costs $1.35 per head of cattle, per month for the permit. That amounts to $8100.00 per year, and over $1 million dollars for twenty years.

Clive Bundy has insisted that he has no problem paying the permit fee; however he feels the BLM has no right to the money, and that the state of Nevada owns the land. Clive Bundy also has not paid any permit fees to the state of Nevada.

Over twenty four months ago two Federal Judges ruled against Clive Bundy, and required him to pay the over $1 million dollars in fees to the BLM. He refused and the federal government attempted to seize his cattle that were grazing on the disputed land; however Bundy interfered with the roundup causing another Federal Judge to rule that Clive Bundy could not intervene with the roundup.

Bundy’s Mormon family settled here over 140 years ago and although he does not actually own the land, he claims the inherited right to graze his cattle on it.

Clive Bundy made statements to the affect that this was now a “range war”. This further escalated the issue because those are threatening statements to the Federal Government and the BLM responded accordingly by using a “show of force”. This included armored vehicles, snipers, federal law enforcement, and canine support.

Further escalating the situation was Clive Bundy’s supporters causing the situation to go viral on the internet. Hundreds of new-found supporters began to go to Bunkerville, Nevada and “poke the snake” causing the federal government to exercise their authority, and protect those that oversee the roundup.

As seen in the viral video that supporters of Clive Bundy have put on YouTube, his supporters blocked a truck, on a federal road, and threatened the occupants of it. This is obvious as witnessed in the video. Law enforcement were seen trying to protect the occupants by approaching with canines and giving warnings to those making the threats to officers. Over ten warnings were given before they commanded canines to “repel” an assault. The assailant kicked the canine (assaulting a police officer), and they used Tasers on them to repel them. When the truck was able to move on the escalation ceased.

This entire problem started in 1993. Bundy refused to pay grazing fees in 1993.The trouble started there. He claimed that he didn’t have to pay any fees because his Mormon ancestors used the land since the 1880s. He feels this gives him the right to the land.

Nevada is a sovereign state, and like many other states in the western United States it has an “Open Range Law” that should be reviewed by people that are involved with this tussle. I have read this document, and the history of range laws. I have read the news concerning this event, and watched the compelling videos. I feel I can form an opinion now.

 

MY OPINION

If money was not the issue with Clive Bundy then why not pay it and be done with it? If it was an issue of not wanting to pay the federal government, then why didn’t he make a legitimate offer to Clark County, Nevada to pay them? The truth is that he does not want to pay at all. He does not own this land and just because a family has lived in an area and free-range grazed for many years does not give them ownership of the land, or its resources. Just ask anybody living in Alaska. The very minimal grazing fee imposed my BLM is not out of line with what the BLM does on lands across the rest of the nation. The issue is that he refused to pay anyone. The permit money is supposed to be used to “protect habitats”, etc. This is understandable, and acceptable. The two Federal Judge’s that ruled on this case both are known to be fairly conservative in their leanings.

Clive Bundy was able to graze his cattle for free for twenty years while others paid the permit fees for their own cattle to graze there. I’m from Missouri and from where I’m sitting that’s a tidy little profit for him. He thought he could do that indefinitely but it caught up with him, and now he can’t pay the accumulated bill. He had no other place to graze his cattle. He stated that “all the other ranchers around him stopped grazing there.” What he didn’t say is that they used their profits to buy grazing land around him instead of paying for permits.

This is not about “fracking”, “solar power”, “drilling”, “grazing”, “tortoise conservation” or other operational agenda. The fact is when one looks at a map of the area it’s easy to see that all of these things can coexist simultaneously, and not conflict upon each other. Nevada’s “Open Range” law does not protect other people from a rancher’s livestock. The state of Nevada has this one last area of land that is under the BLM. All others have been turned over to the state and subsequently sold to ranchers, and private interests. If the BLM were to cease managing it then the same thing that happened to the rest of the lands would happen. It would be sold to the highest bidder, and not held as “open range” land. Mr. Bundy would have to pay for his beef to be raised like everybody else does.

I hate when people do not research before they fan flames of deception. The cold, hard truth about this is that Clive Bundy owes the federal government a lot of money that he is compelled to pay because he continued to graze his cattle on “Open Range”, permit required land. Since he can no longer pay the accumulated bill he now is trying to graze on the sympathy of others around him. The fact is that if Nevada had the right they would sell the land immediately for profit and unless Clive Bundy bought the land, he couldn’t graze his cattle there anyway. This is why two Federal Judge’s ruled the way they did.

Clive Bundy is a selfish man vying to get a free handout from sympathetic activists.
